Further discussion: Councilmember Tossey stated he will vote for this motion with the <br />understanding that citizens spend more for the bus as it is currently than they will spend when <br />the TIF district is in effect. He also clarified the skyway is not included in this specific <br />agreement at this time. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Backous, McGlone, <br />Strommen, Tossey, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce will meet Tuesday <br />October 11 at Greenhaven Country Club at 7:30 pm. <br />Mayor Ramsey noted Happy Days was a successful event. Councilmember Elvig thanked those <br />involved. <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted the Councilmembers and HRA Commissioners will tour the <br />City. He also indicated there is no Council meeting next Tuesday, October 4; it will be a work <br />session. <br />9.
