Acceptance: <br />a. The traffic control plan is subject to acceptance, rejection or suggested revision <br />by the ENGINEER. <br />b. No construction operations may begin without the approval of the plan. <br />3. Revisions: <br />a. Advance Notice: <br />1. Provide minimum 48 hour notice to ENGINEER prior to commencing work. <br />3.02 OPERATIONS <br />A. Traffic Protection: <br />1. General: <br />a. Do not deposit or store materials or park equipment on or adjacent to any <br />roadway open to traffic that will interfere with the safe flow of traffic. <br />b. Provide traffic barriers for any obstruction placed within the "clear zone" as <br />defined by the AASHTO Guide for Selecting Locations and Designing Traffic <br />Barriers. <br />c. Keep roadways which are open to traffic free from earth materials and debris. <br />2. Flaggers: <br />a.
