INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />This first working paper identifies the City of Ramsey's current transportation issues and <br />proposed, planned, and programmed transportation improvements. To prepare this report <br />the consultant re~iewed previously published land use and transportation planning studies, <br />held discussions with City staff, and conducted field surveys. <br /> <br />PURPOSE <br /> <br />This working paper documents inventory, data gathering, and review of previous plans and <br />studies on the City of Ramsey's transportation system.
