6.05: Public Hearing and Levy of Special Assessments for city Improvement Project #10- <br /> 07; Alpine Drive/Roanoke Street Improvements <br /> City Attorney Goodrich advised the assessments cannot be appealed to a District Court unless <br /> there is written notice of objection submitted to the Council prior to a public hearing. <br /> Presentation <br /> City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to close the regular <br /> portion of the City Council meeting at 8:40 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Backous, McGlone, <br /> Strommen, and Tossey.
