6.05: Public Hearing and Levy of Special Assessments for city Improvement Project #10- <br /> 07; Alpine Drive/Roanoke Street Improvements <br /> City Attorney Goodrich advised the assessments cannot be appealed to a District Court unless <br /> there is written notice of objection submitted to the Council prior to a public hearing. <br /> Presentation <br /> City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to close the regular <br /> portion of the City Council meeting at 8:40 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Backous, McGlone, <br /> Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mayor Ramsey closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 8:40 p.m. in order to <br /> conduct a public hearing. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> There was none. <br /> The public hearing was closed at 8:41 p.m. <br /> Council Business <br /> Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8:41 p.m. <br /> Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Resolution #11 -10 -194 <br /> levying assessments for Improvement Projects #10 -07; Alpine Drive /Roanoke Street <br /> Improvements. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Backous, Elvig, McGlone, <br /> Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.
