10. <br /> <br />ll. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Draina~,e Plan <br /> <br />Drainage from the facility and associated paved roadways, storage areas and <br />parking areas will be directed to a sedimentation basin. This basin is located 150 <br />feet Ngrth of the facility. This is an existing basin which is adequate to support the <br />proposed demonstration. <br /> <br />Access to Sile <br /> <br />Acces~ to the demonstration facility will be off Sunfish Lake Boulevard using the <br />existing entrance to the Anoka Regional Landfill. <br /> <br />Garbage Container Location <br /> <br />A garbOge container will be located in the proposed facility and screened from all <br />outsider viewing. The contents will be limited to paper material only. <br /> <br />Descri!~tion of Construction and Proposed Materials <br /> <br />The demonstration facility will be a pre-engineered wood facility (60'x ] 40' x 18') <br />placed ~n the space provided by Waste Management Inc. The facili .fy w/ll include <br />one 48~ wide x 18' high Bi-fold door; one 20' wide x 16' high steel frame end <br />door; two 3068 Service doors: ten 3' x 7' Skylights for natural light and installed <br />with scj~ewfoolt fastener system Kaltec will be responsible for the installation and <br />removal of the buiidin~_ afl:er completion of the project. A preliminary layout of <br />the proposed facility is included in Attachment 2..' <br /> <br />Neighborhood Meeting <br /> <br />Discuss~jons regarding the proposed demonstration have been conducted w/th <br />Ms. Sh~on Dah.l~en. There is no planned formal neighborhood meeting piarmed <br />due to l~he temporary nature of this project. <br /> <br />Effects of Proposal on traffic in Area <br /> <br />The op0ration of the demonstration facility will have minimal effect on traffic in the <br />area. The entrance to the facility wiI] be the existing entrance for the Anoka <br />Re~on~ Landfill. The initial installation of the faciiiB, Mil require approximately <br />ten trucks to be off-loaded. Tiffs number of trucks would be recmired dufin~ the~ <br />disassepbly process after completion of the demonstration. Th~ normal ope'ration <br />would be limited to supply services, operating personnel and visitors. <br /> <br /> <br />
