That the sdbject property is approximately four (4) acres in size. <br /> <br />3. That the s~bject property is zoned R-1 Rural Resident/al. <br /> <br />That the s ~tg'rounding properties are also zoned R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> <br />That accor':ffing to Ramsey City Code Section 9.20.11, the R-1 Rural Residential Disnfct is <br />intended f~ single family dwelling units. <br /> <br />That theCity Building Official has indicated that the main dwellin~ structure was <br />construct m about 1964 and an addit/on to the dwelling was constructed in about 197~. <br /> <br />That the APplicant currently resides in the addition and the Applicant's daughter m'~d family <br />reside in ~e main living quarters. <br /> <br />That the Ai~plicant has submitted a whzw. a statement indicating that a conditional use perrrfit <br />should nor be necessa.D, because the main livin~ ouaners and accessory avartment are <br />occupied b~ f~mily and the units are non-income ~rdducing, and the two ut/ts' are serviced <br />by the sam~ septic system and well. <br /> <br /> <br />
