The P&Z <br />Commission recommended that City Council approve the amended <br />Comprehensive Plan with notes to the errors in the Transportation <br />Plan and including the last properly approved Transportation Plan <br />for the City of Ramsey in that document. Also correct the typos <br />pointed out by Chairperson Bawden regarding page 1, paragraph 3, <br />and also in Table 2. <br /> <br />With regard to preliminary plat approval of Sunfish Square, the <br />P&Z voted to recommend that City Council grant prelim/nary plat <br />approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated 9/30/93, consideration of Anoka County Highway <br />Department recommendations, resolution of the recommendation <br />for sidewalks in the plat. Prior review by the Park and Rec <br />Commission and that the P&Z see the final plat with ali the <br />necessa.ry grading documents before it goes to City Council. <br /> <br />Draft an ordinance for the P&Z Commission's consideration to <br />modify the building permit application on 2-1/2 acres or less to <br />require a Certificate of Survey. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden and Comrrfissioners Deemer and Hendriksen <br />have agreed to be the contact persons for RLK Associates and <br />BRW/Biko Associates regarding updating the Transportation and <br />Land Use Elements of the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />With regard to the Wilbur Dorn's proposal for Townhouses of Rum <br />River Hills: The P&Z Commission voted to confum theft previous <br />recommendations subject to seven contingencies, modifying #3 and <br />#7 as concerns of the P&Z Commission rather than requirements or <br />prerequisites. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #93-12-294 (Zimmerman/Beyer/all) accepting <br />the Findings of Fact #0350, as amended, relating to IPS request for <br />a CLIP to establish and operate a compost facility. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~93-12-295 ('Beyer/Zimmerman/AlI) approving <br />the request for a CUP, as amended, from IPS based upon the <br />Findings of Fact #0350. <br /> <br />Council voted that the "fine-tuning" of the indemnification <br />agreement for the IPS Conditional Use Permit should be done by <br />the City Attorney and the Finance Officer. <br /> <br /> <br />
