The $30,000 CDBG allocation to <br />be received in February 1994 should be referred to the Finance <br />Committee. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to reappoint Commissioners LaDue <br />and Tborud to the Planning and Zoning Commission for terms to <br />expire on December 31, 1996. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to appoint David Bawden as <br />Chairperson and Terry Hcndriksen as Vice-Chairperson of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission for 1994. <br /> <br />It was a consensus that the P&Z subcommittee and Staff would <br />meet with the representatives of RLK Associates and Biko <br />Associates on Wednesday, January 26, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City Council grant <br />preliminary plat approval to Chestnut Ridge contingent upon <br />providing a tree preservation plan and a favorable review by the <br />LRRWMO. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />With regard to the map presented delineating green and orange lines <br />for the alignment of Sunwood Drive, the P&Z Commission directed <br />Staff to lean towards the green line as the desired course. <br /> <br />;The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City Council deny <br />approval of the proposed revision for cul-de-sacs in the 2nd <br />Addition of Rivenwick. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />With regard to the proposed ordinance to amend sign regulations: <br />Amend §9.12. t2, Subd. 1, using the language 1~. Bill Dubats <br />recommended as outlined in the agenda. The P&Z Commission <br />voted to recommend that City Council adopt the proposed <br />ordinance, as amended, to amend sign regulations. Forward to <br />Council. <br /> <br />Consensus was to reschedule the March P&Z meeting for March 3, <br />1993 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />During the discussion of the CDBG Funds at the Finance <br />Committee Meeting, Councilmember Hardin suggested restoration <br />of the Old School House be discussed for funding. Chief Auspos <br />felt that the Alexandra House would be a good place for some of the <br />funding to be designated for.
