E. Shared parking in COR1 will be accomplished through a Parking Use and Maintenance <br />Agreement (PUMA). <br />F. Off-street parking in the COR2 and COR3 sub -districts shall be secured for public use through <br />parking easements and other appropriate conveyances. Shared parking arrangements between <br />nearby uses are encouraged in both sub -districts. <br />G. On -street parking adjacent to buildings may be used for the purposes of calculating parking <br />requirements for street level, non-residential uses in all districts. A reduction of one parking <br />space may be deducted from the minimum required off-street spaces for each on street parking <br />space provided at the lot frontage on a public street. <br />H. Within the COR-4 sub -district, parking on individual parcels serving individual uses may be <br />provided if designated and approved as part of the master plan. <br />I. Within all sub -districts, a minimum driveway length of 25 feet is required to limit conflicts <br />between vehicles parked in the driveway and street or sidewalk users. <br />J. Use of required parking spaces. Required parking spaces must be available for the use of <br />residents, customers or employees of the use. Fees may be charged for the use of required <br />parking spaces. Required parking spaces may not be assigned in any way to a use on another <br />site, except for joint parking situations. Also, required parking spaces may not be used for the <br />parking of equipment or storage of goods or inoperable vehicles. <br />L. Transit Service. The minimum number of parking stalls required on site may be reduced by 10% <br />for any parcel located within % mile of a transit stop.
