Notify applicant. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />.5'6- <br /> <br />2/1/94 <br /> <br />2/1/94 <br /> <br />2/1/94 <br /> <br />2/1/94 <br /> <br />2/i/94 <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment elected Ben Deemer as Chairperson and <br />Chuck LaDue as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Adjustment for <br />1994. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Kaltec of Minnesota, Inc.'s CUP for Alternate <br />Fuel Supply Demonstration Project: The P&Z Commission <br />approved 1-11 (correcting typo on #7), 13-14, and 16-25, and <br />directed Staff to amend the following: (12) "That the applicant <br />has indicated that no State or County permits are required..." <br />(15) "That the test demonstration facility is proposed to be located <br />approximately 500 feet from the nearest residential dwelling." 26- <br />35 to be amended in the affzrmative. The P&Z Commission voted <br />to accept the Findings of Fact as amended and recommended that <br />City Council adopt them. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve Kaltec of Minnesota, Inc.'s application for a temporary <br />CUP and declare terms of same. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact Cathy Gustafson's CUP for accessory <br />apartment: The P&Z Commission approved 1-14, and directed <br />Staff to amend the following: (15) "That the proposed use will <br />not adversely impact traffic..." (16) "That the proposed use will <br />not be dangerous or detrimental to persons..." (17) "That the <br />proposed use will not substantially or adversely impair the use, <br />enjoyment or market value of surrounding properties." (18) "That <br />the proposed use will be maintained in order to be harmonious in <br />appearance with..." (Delete typo in this one also.) (19) "That the <br />proposed use will be adequately served by essential public <br />services." (20) "That the proposed use will not create excessive <br />additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and <br />services." The P&Z Commission voted to accept the Findings of <br />Fact as amended and recommended that City Council adopt them. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Regarding the terms of the CUP for Cathy Gustafson: The P&Z <br />Commission approved 1, 3-4, and 6-I0, and directed Staff to <br />amend the following: (2) "That said Permit shall remain in effect so <br />long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with and the <br />property owner maintains residence in one of the two units <br />on the Subject Property." (5) "That the accessory apartment shall <br />be restricted to a two bedroom unit and is approved for occupancy <br />by a maximum of four persons." The P&Z Commission voted to <br />recommend that City Council approve Cathy Gustafson's request <br />for a CUP for an accessory apartment at 15823 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W. and declare terms of same, as amended.
