(12) "That the proposed use <br />will be operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of <br />the general vicinity and the proposed use will change the essential <br />character of the area." (13) "That the proposed use will be <br />disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses." (14) "That the <br />proposed use will not be served adequately by essential public <br />facilities and services such as streets, police and £n'e protection." <br />Delete #15. (16) "That the proposed use will involve uses, <br />activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of <br />operation that will be detrimental to any neighboring properties or <br />persons by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, or <br />odors." Underline "production of traffic" per Commissioner <br />Deemer. The P&Z Commission voted to accept the Findings of <br />Fact as amended and recommended that City Council adopt them. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City Council deny <br />the issuance of a CUP for a home occupation at 14450 Bowers <br />Drive, based on the negative Findings of Fact, and recommended <br />that the City work with Mr. Bowman on a schedule to relocate his <br />business in the City of Ramsey. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden and Commissioners Deemer and Hendriksen <br />will attend the Land Use Planning Workshop entitled "Beyond the <br />Basics" on April 7, 1994. Register them for that seminar. <br /> <br />Council voted to table the case of Dalles R.V. to allow time for <br />them to meet with you to possible "down-scale" their site plan. <br />Bring back to Council following meeting. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution adopting the findings of fact for <br />Robert and Susan Bowman. they also adopted the resolution <br />denying the issuance of a CUP for Bowman's. They agreed to allow <br />Bowman's continue their business in their home until September <br />1, 1994, A list of names and addresses was received at the <br />meeting. These people are requesting information from the <br />County regarding disposing the lacquer. -Inform Bowmans of <br />Council decision. <br /> <br />Council voted to approve a one (1) year extension to December <br />31, 1994 for the CUP for a home occupation issued to Steven <br />Haigh at 14151 Germanium Street N.W.
