The P&Z <br />Commission recommended that City Council approve the mended <br />Comprehensive Plan with notes to the errors in the Transportation <br />Plan and including the last properly approved Transportation Plan <br />for the City of Ramsey in that document. Also correct the typos <br />pointed out by Chairperson Bawden regarding page 1, paragraph 3, <br />and also in Table 2. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #93-12-294 (Zimmerman/Beyer/all) accepting <br />the Findings of Fact ~0350, as amended, relating to IPS request for <br />a CUP to establish and operate a compost facility. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~93-12-295 (Beyer/Zimmerman/All) approving <br />the request for a CUP, as amended, from IPS based upon the <br />Findings of Fact ~0350. <br /> <br />Council voted that the "fine-tuning" of the indemnification <br />agreement for the IPS Conditional Use Permit should be done by <br />the City Attorney and the Finance Officer. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment directed you to put a case on the Planning <br />Commission agenda regarding total accessory space allotment as it <br />pertains to non-contiguous parcels of record; Obtain the City <br />Attorney's opinion as to whether the. total accessory space allotment <br />on a non-contiguous parcel should be based on the portion of the lot <br />where the principal structure is located or on all portions making up <br />the parcel of record. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment directed Staff and legal counsel to <br />investigate the possibility of providing an equal fight of appeal to <br />both the applicant and those opposing the granting of a variance. It <br />was also suggested that perhaps the City Council should withdraw <br />the applicant's right of appeal. <br />Findings of Fact - KRS Investments request for a CUP to expand <br />outdoor recreational facility: The Planning Commission approved <br />1-8, and directed Staff to amend the following: (9) "That the <br />proposed use will increase traffic.. ," Renumber 13-18 to 10-16. <br />(10) "That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous..." <br />(11) "That the proposed use will not substantially adversely <br />impair the use, . . ." 12-16 amended in the affirmative. The <br />Planning Commission voted to accept the Findings of Fact as <br />amended and recommended that City Council adopt them. Forward <br />to City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
