Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Sidney Nyhusmoen's request for a CUP to mine <br />and export soils: The Planning Commission approved 1-11, and <br />directed Staff to amend the following: (12) "That the mining <br />operation will increase the traffic..." (13) "That the proposed <br />use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental . . ." <br />14-20 amended in the affa-mative. The Planning Commission voted <br />to accept the Findings of Fact as amended and recommended that <br />City Council adopt them. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve Sidney Nyhusmoen's request for a CUP to mine and <br />export soils from Lot 1, Block 1, HY-10, Ramsey 4th Addition and <br />declare terms of same. Please <br />register him. <br /> <br />Council directed you meet with Mr. Tom Korin, 7930 - 164th Lane <br />N.W., Ramsey, regarding a CUP to construct a structure larger <br />than allowed. <br /> <br />Council approved the Easco, Inc. liquor license application <br />contingent upon supplying the remaining information required by <br />City Ordinance which includes a proof of liquor liability insurance, <br />a copy of the terms of the lease agreement as approved by the City <br />Attorney, and placing a financial surety with the City to ensure that <br />the lot split to create 613I Highway gl0 as a separate parcel of <br />record will be recorded. <br /> <br />Council granted Mr. Dalles Notermann an extension to October 30, <br />1996, to install the required site improvements at Dalles R.V. <br />contingent upon providing the financial guarantee in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval of Sunfish Square <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated <br />February 1, 1994, and submittal of an approved Landscape Plan. <br />Proceed to final plat. <br /> <br />Council granted approval of a division of land by a metes and <br />bounds description by Darnell H. and Janet L.
