Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION i~94-06- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., has properly applied for a variance to cul-de-sac length on property legally described as follows, upon recording: CHESTNUT RIDGE, Anoka Count},, Minnesota; ("Subject Property"). VVHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1994, and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct Krypton Street N.W. as a cul-de- sac that exceeds the 600 foot maximum length by approximately 800 feet is hereby granted. That Good Value HOmes, Inc., shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in aarmmstenn~, and enforcin~ this variance.
