Execute addendum. <br /> <br />Council authorized the Mayor and City Administrator to enter into a <br />purchase agreement with ACCAP for the sale of Lot 3, Block 5, <br />Beaudry's 2nd Addition. Include a provision stating that the City <br />has the right of first refusal should ACCAP decide not to build on <br />the property. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Jeff & Julie Lorge's request for a CUP for a <br />home occupation for a beauty salon: The Planning commission <br />approved 1-9, and directed Staff'to amend the following: (10) <br />"That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise <br />detrimental to neighboring residences." Amend #1 t through #16 in <br />the affn'mative. The Planning Commission voted to recommend <br />that City Council adopt the Findings of Fact, as amended, relating <br />to a request for a home occupation permit at 17310 St. Francis <br />Blvd. N.W. Forward to Council <br /> <br />Regarding the terms of the CUP for Jeff & Julie Lorge: The <br />Planning Commission directed Staff to amend #10 to read <br />"Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be <br />displayed or offered for sale..."
