Forward to Council. <br /> <br />Regarding the terms of the CUP for Diane Dempsey: The Planning <br />Commission directed Staff to amend the following to read: (6) <br />"There shall be no exterior or interior display of business signs." <br />(10) "Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be <br />displayed or offered for sale..." The Planning Commission voted <br />to recommend that City Council approve the issuance of an interim <br />use permit for a home occupation at 14794 Krypton Court N.W. <br />Forward to Council. <br /> <br />"Request for Site Plan Review; Case of Chalich Trucking" was <br />tabled until Staff prepares a case containing information from past <br />meetings concerning the original truck terminal, the development <br />agreement for the original truck terminal, and Staff recommendation <br />on how to resolve the controversy over what was originally <br />planned. Applicant withdrew. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission accepted the sketch plan for Haven <br />Estates minor subdivision and recommended City Council approve <br />the final plat as presented contingent upon discussion, the Park and <br />Recreation Commission's recommendation, and the necessary <br />variances to 168th Lane N.W. Forward final plat to Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for <br />Sunview First Addition based upon the existing sketch plan of <br />Chestnut Ridge and if the sketch ,plan of record comes through, and <br />contingent upon the extension of sewer and water through Chestnut <br />Hills.Forward final plat to Park Commission and Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to retain the April 1994 <br />issue of Zoning News to use in consideration with the architectural <br />review ordinance. <br /> <br />The Commission agreed to discuss land use options for the <br />Comprehensive Plan at the next regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission to be held on June 6, t994. <br /> <br />Include the traffic counts for Ramsey in the agenda for the next <br />meeting with the consultants. Traffic counts have been <br />received . they will be included in the June agenda for <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #94-05-101 (Peterson/Beyer/All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact g0361 relating to a request for a home occupation <br />permit for Julie Lorge at 17310 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />
