Forward to Council. Regarding the terms of the CUP for Diane Dempsey: The Planning Commission directed Staff to amend the following to read: (6) "There shall be no exterior or interior display of business signs." (10) "Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale..." The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council approve the issuance of an interim use permit for a home occupation at 14794 Krypton Court N.W. Forward to Council. "Request for Site Plan Review; Case of Chalich Trucking" was tabled until Staff prepares a case containing information from past meetings concerning the original truck terminal, the development agreement for the original truck terminal, and Staff recommendation on how to resolve the controversy over what was originally planned. Applicant withdrew. The Planning Commission accepted the sketch plan for Haven Estates minor subdivision and recommended City Council approve the final plat as presented contingent upon discussion, the Park and Recreation Commission's recommendation, and the necessary variances to 168th Lane N.W. Forward final plat to Council. The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for Sunview First Addition based upon the existing sketch plan of Chestnut Ridge and if the sketch ,plan of record comes through, and contingent upon the extension of sewer and water through Chestnut Hills.Forward final plat to Park Commission and Council. The Planning Commission directed Staff to retain the April 1994 issue of Zoning News to use in consideration with the architectural review ordinance. The Commission agreed to discuss land use options for the Comprehensive Plan at the next regular meeting of the Planning Commission to be held on June 6, t994. Include the traffic counts for Ramsey in the agenda for the next meeting with the consultants. Traffic counts have been received . they will be included in the June agenda for the Planning Commission. Execute Resolution #94-05-101 (Peterson/Beyer/All) adopting Findings of Fact g0361 relating to a request for a home occupation permit for Julie Lorge at 17310 St. Francis Boulevard N.W.
