Execute addendum. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission accepted the sketch plan for Haven <br />Estates minor subdivision and recommended City Council approve <br />the final plat as presented contingent upon discussion, the Park and <br />Recreation Commission's recommendation, and the necessary <br />variances to 168th Lane N.W, Forward final plat to Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for <br />Sunview First Addition based upon the existing sketch plan of <br />Chestnut Ridge and if the sketch plan of record comes through, and <br />contingent upon the extension of sewer and water through Chestnut <br />Hills. Forward final plat to Park Commission and Council. <br /> <br />Include the traffic counts for Ramsey in the agenda for the next <br />meeting with the consultants. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #94-05-101 (Peterson/Beyer/All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0361 relating to a request for a home occupation <br />permit for J ulie Lorge at 17310 S t. Francis Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #94-05-102 (Hardin/Zimmerman/All) <br />approving the issuance of a conditional use permit for a home <br />occupation (Julie Lorge) at 17310 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. <br />Make an addition to the permit by stating that the applicant must <br />receive and maintain any license applicable to her business. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #94-05-103 (Peterson/I4ardin/AI1) adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0362 relating to a request for a home occupation <br />permit for Diane Dempsey at 14794 Krypton Court N.W. <br /> <br />Council suggested that you call the City of Maple Grove to see if <br />there is anything (complaints or violations) on file for Diane <br />Dempsey. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution-'.~4-05-104 (Peterson/Hardin/Opposeed Beyer) <br />approving the issuance of an Interim Use Permit for a home <br />occupation for Diane Dempsey at 14794 Krypton Court N.W. <br /> <br />Ben Deemer would like you to return the "Right of Entry" letter that <br />he received from City Administrator Schroeder, of which he <br />refused to sign.
