Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , TO STORE COMMERCIAL <br />EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES IN THE R-1-'~-URAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> '~THEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #94-08- .... regarding <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit '}hbject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1994, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to Gordon Hicks ("Permit Holder") to store commercial vehicles and equipment <br />on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That pan of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point in the East line of said Northwest 1/4 distant <br />1695 feet North of the Southeast comer of said Northwest 1/4; thence West at right angles <br />to said East line of the Northwest 1/4, a distance of 288 feet; thence at a right angle South a <br />distance of 150 feet; thence at a right angle West to the intersection with the East line of the <br />West 300 feet of said East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4; thence Northerly, along said East line <br />of the West 300 feet of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 to the intersection with the South <br />line of the North 800 feet of said East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4; thence Easterly along said <br />South line of the North 800 feet of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 to the East line of said <br />Northwest 1/4; thence Southerly along said East line of Northwest 1/4 to the point of <br />beginning. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The vehicles and equipment permined to be stored on the proper9, shall be limited <br />to the following: <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Four single axle trucks ranging in GVW from 11,000 to 26,000 lbs; <br />Two tennis machines mounted on tandem trailers not to exceed GVW 9,000 <br />lbs each; <br />One sealcoating machine with single axle trailer not to exceed GVW 6,000 <br />lbs; <br />One 500 gallon tandem transfer tank; <br />Miscellaneous hand tools, millers, blowers, and sinai1 equipment <br /> <br />There shall be no.storage or parking of commercial vehicles outside the pole <br />building or beyond the outdoor truck parking area as shown on the site plan <br /> <br />lO <br /> <br /> <br />
