Any disposal of <br />v ,~icle or equipment fluids shall be in accordance with State Statutes and Minnesota <br />Pqllution Control Agency rules and regulations. The above ground storage of any <br />fltiids shall comply with all applicable State, County or local regulations. <br /> <br />There shall be no salvage activities conducted on the Subject Property in <br />conjunction with the business. <br /> <br />N(b commercial vehicles or equipment shall be operating prior to 7:00 a.m. and no <br />commercial vehicles will be brought onto the Subject Property after 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />This CUP shall cease to be in effect if the Subject Property is ever reduced in size <br />from that which is reflected in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />foT~e City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />AI~ City expenses incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use <br />pe.fmit shall be paid by the perminee. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />The motion for ~doption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and~upon vote being take~n thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following yoted against the same <br />and the following ~bstained <br /> <br />and the following ;Were absent <br /> <br /> <br />
