The developer should submit drainage calculations <br />with d~r~inage area maps showing existing and proposed conditions and pond <br />computations. Water retention devices or areas are required to maintain the current rote <br />of runoff. Drainage areas must be maintained. Near the northwest property comer, <br />along ~ 47, a drainage sink exists with no outlet. If the basin is to be reduced in size, <br />runoff t~ the basin must be reduced or an outlet provided. 'The Lower Rum River <br />Watersh~ District should review the final drainage plans.
