10. <br /> <br />Access to ,Facili~': The facility will retain its current access on Ferret Street N.W. <br />Utilities: The site is currently served by on-site septic and well. <br /> <br />Landscapi,ng and Screening: No additional landscaping or screening is required as a part of <br />the buildiflg expansion. <br /> <br />The proposed expansion area is not significant enough to impact site drainage. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, to consider your <br />request for site plan approval. The3, will also be conducting a public hearing and considering your <br />request to expanfl the facility to include a golf driving range. Enclosed for your review and <br />information are cbpies of the cover sheets for both cases and the proposed fin~lings of fact and <br />conditional use p~rmit relating to the driving range.
