CASE # <br /> REQUEST iFoR SITE PLAN REVIEW TO MOVE IN STORAGE BUILDING; <br /> CASE OF FEDERAL CARTRIDGE CO. <br /> By: Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Federal Cartridge is proposing to clear the homestead parcel they own on the west side of Variolite <br />Street of all strugtures. It is proposed that the home will be demolished and the garage will be <br />moved across the street onto the shooting range for use as a storage building. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map <br /> b) Site Plan <br /> c) City Staff review letter dated September 28, 1994 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The structure to ~ relocated is 600 square feet in size and the exterior walls consist of standard lap <br />siding with an asphalt shingle roof. <br /> <br />In lieu of the fact that the shooting range parcel is 80 acres in size, the structure will not have an <br />impact on site drainage. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the request. <br /> <br /> Commission Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br /> Recommend that Ci~, Council approve the request of Federal Cartridge Company to move <br /> a 620 squ~e foot storage building onto the shooting range. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City En~neer <br />City Building Official <br /> <br />PC: 10/4/94 <br /> <br /> <br />
