It <br />was also suggested that perhaps the City Council should withdraw <br />the applicant's right of appeal. <br /> <br />Council asked that the City Attorney and Staff review ordinance to <br />make sure City Code is as complete in its language as the State <br />Statutes with regard to Metes and Bounds subdivisions. <br /> <br />With regard to Rum River Hills Sketch Plan: Council voted to <br />amend the development agreement as presented and to adopt this <br />addendum between the City of Ramsey and the Rum River <br />Associates. Execute addendum. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for <br />Sunview First Addition based upon the existing sketch plan of <br />Chestnut Ridge and if the sketch plan of record comes through, and <br />contingent upon the extension of sewer and water through Chestnut <br />Hills. Forward final plat to Park Commission and Council. <br /> <br />Council suggested that you call the City of Maple Grove to see if <br />there is anything (complaints or violations) on file for Diane <br />Dempsey. <br /> <br />Final plat approval was granted to Sunfish Square. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer directed that you amend the figures for <br />Ramsey Options 4 thru 7 in the table comparing residential density <br />(page 37 of the agenda). <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Wood Pond Hills 4th <br />Addition.
