(9) "That the <br />proposed use will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity." (10) "That the proposed use <br />wilt not substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of surrounding properties." (t 1) "That the proposed <br />use will be maintained in order to be harmonious in appearance <br />with the existing and intended character of the R-1 Rural Residential <br />District," (12) "That the proposed use will be adequately served <br />by essential public services." (13) "That the proposed use will <br />not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services." Add a finding to read "That at least <br />one neighbor opposes the granting of this pein'fit." Add a finding to <br />read "That based on the comments at the public hearing and the <br />discussion of the Planning Commission on July 5, the consensus of <br />the Planning Commission was that the type of pen-nit issued, if it is <br />issued, should be interim use rather than conditional use so that the <br />permit may expire concurrent with the applicant's ownership of the <br />property." The Planning Commission voted to recommend that <br />City Council adopt the amended findings of fact relating to Rebecca <br />Jackson's request for a conditional use permit for an accessory <br />apartment. Forward to City Council. Council tabled unIil <br />there is an ordinance in place. <br /> <br />Regarding the terms of the interim use permit for Rebecca Jackson: <br />The Planning Commission directed staff to change any references <br />of "conditional use pein'fit" to "interim use permit" and amend the <br />following: (2) "That the Permit shall remain in effect so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are' complied with and Rebecca <br />Jackson maintains residence in one of the two units on the Subject <br />Property." The Planning Commission voted to recommend that <br />City Council approve Rebecca Jackson's interim use permit for an <br />accessory apartment at 15720 Kangaroo Street N.W. declaring <br />terms of same, as amended. Forward to City Council. Council <br />tabled until there is an ordinance in place. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that City Council approve <br />the proposed site plan for Dennis Sharp & Associates for Lot 1, <br />Block t, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park contingent upon compliance <br />with the City Staff review letter dated June 30, 1994. Forward to <br />Council. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Haven Estates. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to River Bluffs 2nd Addition. <br />Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
