You offered to work with Mr. Peterson and Mr. Passe with <br />regard to the park dedication and the concern about Sunwood <br />Drive. Schedule meeting/discussion with Mr. Peterson and Mr. <br />Passe. <br /> <br />Council approved the preliminary plat for Northfork Oaks <br />contingent upon the developer compliance with City Staff Review <br />letter and resolving concerns of Armstrong Kennels. Direct <br />developer to proceed to final plat. <br /> <br />With regard to the request by City Wide Garage Door Company to <br />reconstruct a portion of the building at less than 100% other than <br />metal as Code now requires in Business Districts - Council voted to <br />table any action at this time. Mayor Gilbertson offered to meet with <br />Mr. Clauson to review other alternatives. Place on a subsequent <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Council approved the request of Federal Cartridge Company to <br />move a 620 square foot storage building onto the shooting range. <br />Applicant was at the meeting. <br /> <br />Council granted site plan appro~,al to KRS Investments to expand <br />the concession building at Gametime Sports Park. Applicant was at <br />the meeting. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Regarding the findings of fact to expand the outdoor recreational <br />facility; Case of KRS Investments: #11 should read: "That the <br />proposed use may be dangerous or otherwise detrimental to existing <br />and future neighboring uses. #12 should read: "That the proposed <br />use may adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market value of any <br />surrounding property. #14 should read: "That the proposed use <br />will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. With regard to the CUP: #3 should read "The permit holder <br />shall be responsible to remedy any complaints from property <br />owners regarding stray golf balls within thirty (30) days of <br />notification of said complaint. The remedy may consist of installing <br />additional netting or an alternative solution acceptable to the City. If <br />netting is deemed to be the appropriate solution and due to <br />manufacturing schedules cannot be installed within 30 days, the <br />permit holder shall be obligated to supply the City with <br />documentation to support that efforts are being made to install the <br />netting on the property. <br /> <br /> <br />
