Monthly Status Report Pending Pending Pending/ Goodrich Pendinff Boos Complete Complete 715194 8/2/94 8/2/94 8/11/94 9/15/94 8/22/94 Regarding the terms of the interim use permit for Rebecca Jackson: The Planning Commission directed staff to change any references of "conditional use permit" to "interim use permit" and amend the following: (2) "That the Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with and Rebecca ,]ackson maintains residence in one of the two units on the Subject Property." The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council approve Rebecca Jackson's interim use permit for an accessory apartment at 15720 Kangaroo Street N.W. declaring terms of same, as amended. Forward to City Council. Council tabled until there is an ordinance in place. The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the developer proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval of Willow Ridge, based upon discussion and City Staff review letter dated July 27, 1994. A Kentucky case was noted in the Zoning Bulletin wherein it was decided that city council is required to wait until receipt of the commission's minutes are approved and made part of the public record before it can make any decision concerning adoption of a recommended ordinance.
