Applicant was at <br />the meeting. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #94-10-237 (Hardin/Peterson/Opposed <br />Zimmerman/Absent Beyer and Gilbertson) adopting Findings of <br />Fact ~t~)369, as amended, relating to KRS Investments' request to <br />expand an outdoor recreational facility in the Industrial District. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #94-01-238 (Hardin/Peterson/Opposed <br />Zimmerman/Absent Beyer and GilbertSon) approving the issuance <br />of a conditional use permit, as amended, based on the Findings of <br />Fact #0369, as amended, to Ty Riner of KRS Investments to <br />expand the outdoor recreational facility at 14622 Ferret Street N.W. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for Dennis Sharp & <br />Associates for Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat <br />4, contingent upon the developer making final modifications to the <br />grading and drainage plan and compliance with the recommendation <br />of the Anoka County Highway Department. The applicant was <br />preset at the meeting. Execute the development agreement. <br /> <br />With regard to City Wide Garage Door - Council directed Staff to <br />meet with the applicant and the Building Inspector to try to resolve <br />some alternatives. Come back to City Council with a <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />With regard to Fox Knoll, Council voted to table this issue until the <br />City Attorney and City Staff has:-had a chance to review the City <br />Code platting provisions. Council offered to attend a special <br />meeting to get this taken care of. Schedule such meeting following <br />review. <br /> <br />Regarding Northfork Oaks, Dennis Peck stated he had okayed it <br />with Mark Boos to plant trees along the trail corridor instead of in <br />yards. Council granted final plat approval contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter and a favorable agreement <br />between Northfork Oaks and Armstrong Kennels. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Per Commissioner Deemer's direction, amend the Planning <br />Commission/Economic Development Commission meeting minutes <br />of September 15, 1994, Case #1: Review Alternatives for Land Use <br />and Transportation Updates to Comprehensive Plan, as follows: <br />The third paragraph on page 3 of 7 should read "Commissioner <br />Deemer advised that the City of Dayton did not want the bridge to <br />connect with an existing road, and that the western alignment is <br />still their preferred alignment." The last sentence of the first <br />paragraph on page 6 of 7 should read "Commissioner Deemer also <br />stated that the easterly alignment is not wholly owned by the City <br />and some would have to be acquired for bridge right-of-way." <br />Forward on to the Economic Development Commission for their <br />formal approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
