Ho <br /> <br />Jo <br /> <br />Lo <br /> <br />1 ;Volleyball Court <br />1 Lighted Softball or Football Field <br /> <br />:Horse Arena <br /> <br />$0.00 $ 5.00 <br />$7.00/hr plus key dep. $ 7.00/hr and <br /> $10.00 plus <br /> key deposit <br />$0.00 $10.00 <br /> <br />Outdoor permits will be issued only for the event and the time it reasonably takes to <br />complete said event as specified by the Park Department. <br /> <br />The Park Department reserves the right to regulate and control the size of the group <br />o/' orgmfization using the park facility. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey requires liability insurance for tournaments and as deemed <br />necessary for the best interest of the City. The requirements include a certificate <br />c0n£mming liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $50,000 - $300,000 <br />bodily injury and $25,000 property. The City shall be named as an additional <br />insured. <br /> <br />All Ramsey City Parks must be vacated by 10:tX) p.m. unless specified otherwise. <br />Ail groups are responsible for the cost of all damages to any equipment or facilities <br />used during the rental period. The City will not be responsible for losses of <br />personal property by individuals or groups. <br /> <br />No motorized vehicles or machines are allowed in or upon any City park unless <br />specifically authorized by the Park Department. Permits must be displayed on the <br />vehicle(s) - in clear sight of the Police Department. Al! other vehicles must park in <br />designated area or roadway where permitted. <br /> <br />Permits are w',flid only for the date, time, and place specified on them and must be in <br />the users possession for verification ff needed. <br /> <br />When a key is needed for lights or entrance into a reserved facility, the applicant <br />may obtain the key from City Hall with the permit. The key CANNOT be <br />transferred to another user, individual, or group under any circumstances. It <br />MUST be returned immediately after the event or time allowed is completed. <br />Failure to return the key within two (2) business days of permit expiration will <br />subject the permit holder to a fine in the amount of $15.00 plus the cost to rekey the <br />faCility and forfeiture of the privilege to use a park facility until paid. <br /> <br />Indoor permits will be issued for a maximum period of four (4) hours unless an <br />extension is authorized by the Park Department. The user must relinquish the <br />faCility by the time specified on the pgrmit. <br /> <br />Outdoor permits wil! be issued only for the event and the time it reasonably takes to <br />complete said event as specified by the Park Department. <br /> <br />Structures and equipment shall not be altered or moved from one area to another <br />ur~less specifically mentioned on the permit and by or under the direct supervision <br />of a City employee. Extra or unusual services for programs or activities mp[~ be <br />identified in the permit. <br />All groups/organizations using park facilities shall provide an adult supervisor who <br />skull remain with the group during al1 activities and be responsible for the groups <br />ctnformance to all appropriate rules, regulations and policies.
