As a general rule: <br /> <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />The use of glass containers is prohibited. <br />Clean up the premises and place your litter in containers provided. <br />Shut off all lights and lock up the facility upon completion of the event. <br />Users are required to remove all non-City materials, equipment, and <br />furnishings privately owned by them after using the facility. <br /> <br />OUTDOOR WORSHIP SERVICES: <br /> <br />Outdoor worship services by resident or non-resident churches will be allowed on park <br />property only on Sunday mornings between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. or by <br />"special" request submitted to the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission in writing for <br />review and approval. The church using the park facility for a worship service will be <br />allowed to collect its normal offertory only once per service and no selling of books, <br />literature, or religious items whatsoever is allowed. <br /> <br />Outdoor Worship Services require an Outdoor Facility Use Permit. <br /> <br />TOURNAM~Nr'F POLICY: <br /> <br />A tournament "excludes" the general public from actively participating on Ramsey tax <br />supported park facilities. It gives "¢xclu$ive use" to the tournament sponsor of City owned <br />facilities used for said tournament and takes in dollars from participants and businesses to <br />defray tournament costs for profit, or for a charity. <br /> <br />The following policies, procedures, and fees apply to.'.'Tournaments" where "exclusive" <br />use of a park or park facilities is reserved by an individual or group for a specified per/od. <br /> <br />It shall be the policy of the City of Rarnsey to allow three (3) tournaments/special <br />events per month, on weekends, during tournament season from May 1 st until the <br />end of organized pro=m'amming of the facility by the Park Department. <br /> <br />Individuals or organizations interested in sponsoring and/or conducting a <br />tournament will make written application to the Park Department. <br /> <br />~k~-ioriD, will be ~ven to Ramsey Residenzs as defined under I.A. on a first come - <br />first serve basis beginning the first working da>' in January each vear and any <br />remaining weekend dates (not to exceed three per month) availa~ble could be <br />scheduled by Npn-Rcside.nt[. Non-residents requests for the remaining available <br />dates will N: awarded after April 1, on a first come - first serve basis. As a general <br />rule, minimum of 45 days prior to the date of the tournament Mil be,. acceptable. <br /> <br />As a general rule, sponsors that have conducted tournaments the previous year may <br />have FL'st priority for those dates again the following year. <br /> <br />A $100.00 deposit shall be required with the tournament application.
