Fo No Oo The deposit applies to maintenance, clean-up, and any other damage that may occur to the facilities. If the facility is left in unsatisfactory condition after use, 'all or part of the $100.00 deposit will be used to cover necessary expenses. If facilities are left in satisfactory condition, the entire deposit will be returned. City Staff will ihspect the facilities the next business day after completion of the tournament. The sponsor of the tournament shall sign a statement accepting responsibility for operating the tournament in accordance with these policies and be financial}y responsible for guaranteeing payment of any and all expenses for said tournament ificluding required de_t~osits and user fees as well as ~ for services and ~ provided by the City; ~; and poyment of damages, in full, resulting from theft or vandalism to any equipment or facilities during the rental period. The Park Department reserves the right to close a tournament with forfeit of all monies at the time if any of the set policies are not adhered to or if any problems oecm' in the areas of fighting, abusive language, or harassment of residents. No games will start before 8:00 a.m. on any day of the tournament. Failure to comply with this will constitute grounds for tournament forfeiture. All lights will b~ off at 10:00 p.m. unless permission has been granted by the Park or Police Deparm~ent (this only in an emergency). The City will order additional portable toilets and service of them at the sponsor's e~_pense, if it is deemed necessary by the Park Department. All usage fees muse bt paid within 9ne (l) week after i~vprgvi~l by the Park I~ partment. If it is requested that the City provide maintenance services before or during the course of a tournament, such services will be charged at rates detailed in the City's Schedule of Fees and Charges. These services will be provided based on employee availability and at the sole discretion of the Park Department. All rakes, shovels, brooms, hoses and nozzles must be provided by the sponsor group. No vehicles will be allowed to drag the field without a pemait displayed on the vehicle in clear site of the Police Department. The fees for tournaments: Use of a field per event = $150.00 The City cannot guarantee that a pavilion, building, or shelter will be available to the sponsor. If available, the sponsor may request one indoor/outdoor facility use permit and pay fees applicable under that policy. Also, the City will allow said indoor/outdoor permit to extend the time length to one da3'. A[the conclusion of the tournament, any and all additional fees and charges shall be paid to the City within one (I) week after date of billing. Additional fees include: 1.
