§ 5.06 Conduct in Public Parks. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Expose or offer for sale any art/cle or thing, nor shall he station or <br />place any stand, cart or vehicle for the transportation, sale or <br />d/splay of any such articte or thing. Exception is here made as to <br />any regular}y licensed concessionaire acting by and under the <br />authority and regulation of the director: <br /> <br />Announce, advertise, or cai1 the public attention in anyway to any <br />article or semfice for sale or hire; <br /> <br />Paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sigm whatever on any <br />public lands or highways or roads adjacent to a park. <br /> <br />5.06.21 Hours. Except for unusual and unforeseen emergencies, parks shall <br />be open to the public eveR, day of the year during the hours of 5:00 o'clock a.m. to <br />10:00 o'clock P.M. The opening and closing hours for each indRfiduat park shall be <br />posted therein for public information. A perm/t for use of the park dur/ng other <br />than the above hours may be obtained in accordance with City Code §.5.06.24 - <br />5.06.27. <br /> <br />5.08.22 Closed areas. Any section or part of any park may be declared closed <br />to the public by the director at an5' time and for any interval of time, wither <br />temporarily or at regular and stated interx'als (daily or otherwise) and either <br />entirely or merely to certain uses, as the director shall find reasonably necessary. <br /> <br />5.06.23 Lost nnd lo,md articles. The finding of lost art/des by park attendants <br />shall be reported to the director who shall make eyeD' reasonable effort to locate the <br />owners. The director shall make eveR' reasonable ef[ort to find articles reported as <br />lost. <br /> <br />5.06.24 Pennit required. A permit shall be obtained from the appropriate <br />director before participating in park activity involving any private group over ten <br />persons of for use of the park between the hours of 12:00 o'clock m~dn/ght and 5:00 <br />o'clock a.m, <br /> <br />5.06.25 Application. A person seeking issuance of a pe.-mrfit hereunder shall <br />file an appt/cation ~-ith'the appropriate director. The application shall state: <br /> <br /> a. The name and address of the applicant; <br /> <br /> b. The name and address of the person sponsoring the act/v/ty, if <br /> different from the applicant; <br /> <br /> c. The day and hours for which the permit is desired; <br /> <br /> d. Am estimate of the anticipated attendance; <br /> <br /> e. .~ny other information wh/ch the director shall find reasonably <br /> necessary to a fair determiflation as to whether a permit should <br /> be issued hereunder.
