Section 9.50.50 is hereby repealed and amended to rmu:I ~ follows: Subdivision i. General conditions. Upon receipt of preliminary approval of a plat by the City Council and prior to Council approval of the final plat, the subdivider shall make provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the installation, at the sole expense of the subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by the City, which improvements may include, but are not limited to, streets, sidewaltcs, public water systems, sanitary sewer systems, surface and storm drainage sTstems mad public utility services. The installation of said improvements shall be in conformity with City approved construction plans and specifications and all applicable City standards nd code sections. Subd. 2. Basic improvements required. Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of thc City to, as soon as practicable after approval of the proposed plat, require the installation of all of thc following improvements within thc subdivision: 1. Stage I Improvements: Major construction items needed to be constructed with a plat prior to issuance of any building permits: (a) Trunk Sanitary Sewer (Urban) (b) Trunk Watermai. n (Urban) (c) Trunk Storm Drainage FaciLities (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (J) (k) (I) (m) (n) 2.
