Enclosed is my Resume' listing my experience and education. I feel that a well developed and maintained park and recreation system is vital to the growth and development of children and is a integral part of the community. Parks can attract future residents, enhanc~ property values, i.e. growth and development in our area. In making educatien my career and in working with children for the past 3 years, I am aware of the importance Of a well structured and maintained park and recreation system. When parks and recreation are readily available, they can be an essential part of a child's growth and develdpment. They are an excellent place f~r social and physical development. A well organized recreational department gives children an outlet for their energies and interests. It offers*a variety of activities and gives the children something to occupy their time. With the ever increasing growth of gangs and destruction I feel that continual development and progress with iparks and recreation will provide a support system. It also promotes family unity. When I grew up in~Ramsey, the only organized recreation was located at Ramsey Elementary and it was not eas!ly accessible. Much progress has been made over the past 15 years. However, we must:continue to grow and develop to meet the needs of the community today and tomarrow as well. I would like to be a part of these changes. Please contact me,soon to set up an interview.
