Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g94-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF CERTAIN 1994 BUDGETED <br />CAPITAL ITEMS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey City Council adopted the 1994 Operating Budget On <br />December 14, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, included in the operating budget were certain capital items; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has obtained quotes on certain 1994 capital items. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorize the purchase of the following 1994 capital items at <br />prices not to exceed those listed: <br /> <br />Paper Folder (1) <br />Dictaphone,Transcriber (1) <br />Office Task Chairs (6) <br />Plain Paper Fax Machine (1) <br />Cellular Phones (3) <br />Mini-Recorders (3) <br />35 mm Cameras with cases (2) <br /> <br />247.00 <br />327.00 <br />1,246.00 <br />2,500.00 <br />637.00 <br />317.00 <br />1,023.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent:: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 18th day of Januar3', 1994. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cit-5' Adminis~-ator <br /> <br /> <br />
