(ACE) to provide the curbside recycling service. <br /> <br />At the Counc <br />contract with <br />Council also <br />opened up fo~ <br />of the reeyeli~ <br />Schweizer of <br /> <br />il meeting of March 22, 1994, Council directed entering into a one-year <br />a, CE for curbside recycling and to have the pick-up be every other Monday. <br />lirected that after one year, the contract for curbside recycling should be <br />bids and that Staff develop an option to provide funding for the continuation <br />g service. Staff has contacted ACE as per Council's direction.
