Dear Andy; <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council has directed Staff to offer a one year contract to Ace for the curbside <br />recycliffg program. This conu:act pr/ce would be at $1.27 per household per month. In addition, <br />the Council would also like to change the current pickup schedule from the current 1 st and 3rd and <br />2nd and 4th Mondays of the month to every other Monday. In order to effectively coordinate this <br />change in the pick-up schedule, I will be recommending that the contract take effect June 1, 1994 <br />and end on Ma~, 31, 1995. <br /> ;' <br /> <br />At the end of the contract period the Council has directed Staff to solicit competadve bids for the <br />next contract period..
