This saves <br />th~m!time md space which ~hould increme recycling p~icipation by 15%. This new <br />servi~ will require that Ace purch~¢ new state of the art recycle equipment. <br /> <br />Ace ~ubmitted a proposal to pick up brash curbside from residents on e one time basis. <br />The ~ee to provide this service would be waived.
