OPTIONS ON RAMSEY INDUSTRIAL LAND PARCELS <br /> By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />CASE # 5 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the June 14, 1994 Council meeting, Staff was authorized to work with the Economic <br />Development.'rAuthority Chairperson Councilmember Hardin and Mayor Gilbertson on <br />providing optmn agreements to Council for consideration. These options are intended to <br />provide bare l',Ind parcels to the Economic Development Authority (EDA) to hold for future <br />development. [Staff has made contact with most representatives of selected parcels. At this <br />time, however, we do not have agreements to present.
