CASE # <br /> <br />MINNESOTA SAWDUST PLANT ACQUISITION <br />By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the June 44, 1994 Council meeting, Councilmembers Gerry Zimmerman and Ken <br />Peterson were appointed to work with Staff negotiating a possible purchase of the <br />Minnesota S4wdust Plant located at 14100 Jasper Street N.W. If acquired, the plant would <br />be used as a new Public Works facility. A draft purchase agreement has been received by <br />the Committee, City Attorney Goodrich, and Staff. Currently, this is under review for <br />proposed chahges. At the same time, Staff is checking on work order estimates. <br /> <br />h is hoped thht prior to June 28, 1994, the Committee will have the opportunity to meet to <br />discuss uptimes in information.
