JU~ 22 '94 20:56 RAMDALL DEHNGOODRIC~ <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made on the day of , <br /> <br /> 1994 between AROKA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, 2022 North Ferry Street, <br /> Anoka, Minnesota 55303 (*'AEC") and the CITY OP RAMSEY, a Charter <br /> city under the laws of the State of Minnesota, 15153 Nowthen <br /> Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 (*'city"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> AEC is a cooperative utility corporation furnishing electric <br /> service to its customers in a defined service territory established <br /> by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission; <br /> <br /> AEC has developed the capability to provide certain billing <br />services for cities that own and operate sewer, water, and other <br />utility systems; <br /> <br /> City owns and operates a sewer and water utility system for <br />the benefit of its residents which requires utility billing <br />services; and <br /> <br /> city desires to engage AEC to perform certain billing services <br />for the sewer and water utility services it provides to its <br />residents. <br /> <br /> ~oW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and <br />agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> SERVICES AND CKARGES <br /> <br /> AEC shall provide the city with Basic Billing Services and <br />make available to the City Optional Billing Services both of which <br /> <br /> <br />
