HOURS OF USE <br /> <br />The facilities may be used by organized groups and the general public between the hours of 7:00 <br />a.m. and 10:30 p.m. <br /> <br />USE OF FURNITURE AND EOI. JIPMENT <br /> <br />Chairs and tables may be moved about within the room in which they are located, but not moved <br />from room to room. All furniture and equipment should be used for its intended purpose. If some <br />furniture is in use prior to and during the event, it may not be used at the event. (c.g., a table <br />holding a display or appliance may not be used for some other purpose.) <br /> <br />SMOKING <br /> <br />All municipal facilities are public buildings and are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in any of <br />these facilities. <br /> <br />STORAGE <br /> <br />The Municipal Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for organized groups <br />or the general public. Items, equipment or supplies must b~ removed if in the opinion of the Cit.',, <br />Administrator the items, equipment, or supplies usurp areas to be used by other groups, presents a <br />hazard, or is unsightly. <br /> <br />ALCOHOL USE <br /> <br />Alcoholic beverages shall not be brought on the premises or consumed at the facilities. For the <br />purpose of this policy, alcoholic beverage means intoxicating and non-intoxicating, and wine as <br />defined by State law. <br /> <br />LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE <br /> <br />The user of the facilities is as an individual and as a group liable for any damage to public or <br />private property or in.jury to any person resulting from the use or presence at the facilities. A <br />conviction of vandalism can result in a $700 fine and/or 90 days in .jail. <br /> <br /> <br />
