Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94.10. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1994 AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY AND CITY OF RAMSEY FIRE FIGHTER'S RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the auditing firm of Matloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich and <br />Company, P.A., has submitted an engagement letter which confirms the basic services to be <br />performed in the upcoming audit for the year ended December 31, 1994; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on October 25, 1994, staff <br />recommended the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich and Company, P.A., be <br />retained for the year ended December 31, 1994 financial audit at a not-to-exceed cost of $13,625 <br />for the City of Ramsey and $1,200.00 for the City of Ramsey Fire Fighter's Relief Association; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends the Ramsey City Council retain the services of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, <br />Radosevich and Company, P.A., for the year ended December 31, 1994. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby appoints the firm of Maltoy, Montague, Karnowski, <br />Radosevich and Company, P.A., as the auditing finn for the City of Ramsey for the year <br />ended December 31, 1994 at a not-to-exceed price of $13,625. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby appoints the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, <br />Radosevich and Company, P.A., as the auditing firm for the City of Ramsey Fire Fighter's <br />Relief Association for the year ended December 31, 199z~ at a not-to-exceed price of <br />$1,200.00. · ..- <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of October, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
