P-3 - Autumn:Heights <br /> <br />In 1995, several~ safety improvements are programmed for Central Park. In 1997, $80,000 is <br />allocated out of ~he Landfill Trust Fund to complete the portion of the Itasca/Ermine trail loop <br />between Autumr[! Heights Park and Central Park and providing pedestrian access from Central Park <br />to Variolite Street N.W. and the St. Anthony Gun Club. It is further projected that in the years <br />1996 and 1998, ~ second phase of Central Park will be developed, or ballfield lighting will be <br />expanded, incre~ising ballfieid development and similar services at Central Park. The completed park will realize a ballfield/soccer field, trail system, picnic <br />and playground aYeas, a shelter and parking lot. While originally projected as a 1993 development, <br />improvements will be completed as park dedication revenue becomes available. It is proposed to <br />develop the Wood Pond Hills trail system in t995 through use of Intergovernmental Revenues and <br />Landfill Trust Frlnd dollars for the local match. This trail system will include components along <br />County Road #1i6, Trunk Highway g47, and skirting the wetlands north of Ramsey Terrace south <br />of the Wood Pored Hills and east of the Wood Pond projects housing subdivision, co, nnecrine the <br />Ramsey Elemen(~;ary School, the Emerald Pond Park, Flintwood Hills Park and River s Bend. bark. <br />In 1996, it is proposed that Flintwood Hills Park, at the intersection of Dysprosium Street N W <br />and 142nd Averme N.W., recmve a $32,000 playground and shelter ~mprovement unhz~ng Tax <br />Increment dollarl as this subdivision was a Tax Increment Project. The last projected improvement <br />in this district is ~a 1996, $51,000 Park Trust Fund improvement entitled The Sunfish Lake Trail, <br />which is intende)d to connect to the Wood Pond Hills trail system and the Ramsey Elementary <br />School concurrer~t with the development of available land north of Sunwood Drive N.W., south of <br />153rd Avenue N;W. and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />
