Pro_iect - Sunfisl~ Lake Wood Pond H/Its trail Sunfish Lake trail Flintwood Playground Year ~ 1995 $ 37,500- LFT $113,000 - Intergovernmental 1996 $ 51,500 - Park Trust 1996 $ 32,000 - TIF $234,000 P-5 - The Prairie District Solstice Park located in the Prairie district will be developed using revenues received from the Sunny Ponds, Ramsey Meadows and adjacent subdivisions for a new neighborhood park in the Sunny Ponds subdivision. Contemplated is a tot-lot and ptayfield development. This neighborhood park will become increasingly important as this area develops and as traffic on Trunk Highway #47 and Count>, Road #5 increases. Pr{0ec! - Prairie Dislri¢t Solstice Park year Fun~iing 1994/ $ 29,177 - Park Trust 1995 $ 29,177 P-6 - The Mississippi District Prior to initiation of Riverdale Park there was not a developed municipal park south of Highway #10 within the City of Ramsey, although there is a future 280 acre county wildlife preserve planned for this neighborhood. Started in 1993 and 1994, concurrent with development of the Rivenwick residential subdivision, was park and n-ail improvements paid out of the Park Trust Fund. Included is a trail system along the Mississippi River connecting to the Mississippi West Regional Park and eventually to the City of Anoka with development as well of a ballfield and play.pound. This park is also eligible for Tax Increment funds which have been programme.d as a pornon of development funding. This park will be completed in 1995. tt is proposed that the trail system be expanded in 1998.
