P-7 - Demare~t Brook <br /> <br />Located in the D~marest Brook district is the Fox Ridge Estates subdivision that was developed in <br />199I and 1992 with a small neighborhood park designated just off Trunk Highway//47. This is <br />an area of the community currently void of any park development, therefore, it is projected that <br />funds be allocat~l for 1995 in order to develop the Fox Park and portions of the trail system <br />leading to this pa}rk area. Included will be a blend of native viewing enhancements and active play <br />areas. <br /> <br />Project ,. Demarest Brook year ~ <br />Fox Park' 1995 $ 65,500 - LFT <br /> $ 7,802 - Park Trust <br /> <br />$ 73,302 <br /> <br />P-8 - Trott Brook <br /> <br />Trott Brook is th~ park district between Variolite Street N.W. and Ramsey Boulevard N.W. north <br />of 153rd Avenue}N.W. and south of Trott Brook. Currently located in the district are the Traprock <br />and Titterud PM'ks.
