IVoting No: Coun¢itmember Beyer. <br /> <br />Case #5: 'Highway #10 Beautification Project Agreement <br /> <br />City Admini~.trator Schroeder explained that Council has authorized entering into a joint <br />project with ~nesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the beautification of <br />Highway #10~ and therefore, he is submitting for review the Landscape Partnership Permit <br />and Agreemel~t pertaining to this project which has already been approved by MnDOT. <br /> <br />City Anome~ Goodrich noted that paragraph 10 of the agreement states that MnDOT has <br />the ability to titke the land back without compensation to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Cc~n¢ilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to authorize the City <br />Administrator to enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota Department of <br />Transportatioi~. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, <br />Peterson, andfZimmerman.
