As the attached map shows, this service road would allow for <br /> better use of the dXisting properties and the possible creation of additional commercial lots for <br /> development. On the attached map, I have roughed in a possible location of the road in relation to <br /> the existing buildir~gs and properties. Keep in mind that this alignment is veo' general and ma5' be <br /> changed dependinl~ upon input from the affected properb, owners. <br /> r <br /> <br /> The City has estin!,ated that the cost of this roadway will be between 240 and 250 per foot. This <br /> includes the costs Of a 24 to 40 foot wide pavement, curb, gutter, and srorrn sewer improvements. <br /> The City has estimated that the cost of right-of-way acquisition would be quite minimal, which <br /> would keep this c{>st closer to the lower end of the estimated range. This assumption is based <br /> upon the addifon~value brought to the existing and newly created properties. An5' funds used to <br /> construct the roadvkay will have to be recovered through assessments or some other source. <br /> <br /> You should revieW~ the proposed roadway. The City will be conducting an informational meeting <br /> on M,.~ay 26, 1994~t 6:00 p.m. This meetin~ will be at the Ramsev Municipal Center. located at <br /> 15155 Nowthen Boulevard N.W.
