The City ofiRamsey continues to experience noticeable population <br />growth in t~e 1990's. The City of Ramsey has submitted several <br />plan amendments to the Metropolitan Council for amending the <br />City's urba~ service area. These amendments are necessary to <br />accommodate!additional residential development. <br /> <br />Potential l~nd use issues from adjacent local governments were <br />also summarized in this working paper.
