By: ' <br /> <br />CASE # 2 <br /> <br />ELECT A CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR FOR THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you are aware, the Commission does need to appoint both a chairperson to lead the <br />Commission and alvice-chair to handle those duties in the chair's absence. Currently, Mr. Wagner <br />is the Chair and IriS. Kent is the Vice-Chair. At this time, the Economic Development Commission <br />should elect a cha!rperson and a vice-chairperson for 1995. When choosing the chair and vice- <br />chair, the Economic Development Commission should take into cOnsideration the attendance and <br />participation in th~ Economic Development Commission's projects during the last year.
