Board Member ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-03- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANC'~'7'~F A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Terry Hendriksen has properly applied for a variance to construct an addition to the ~ncipal structure that will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #56 thoroughfare setback on the property gerterally known as 15631 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: That pa# of the North Three Quarters of North Half of Northwest Quarter of Northw~st Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minneso,[a, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said NorthweSt Quarter of Northwest Quarter, distant 165 feet South of the Northwest comer thi~reof; thence East and parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of NorthWest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet; thence South at right angles a distance Cf 165 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of North~vest Quarter, a distance of 659.3 feet, more or less, to the East line of said NorthweSt Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence South along said East tine a distance bf 165 feet, more or less, to the South line of the North Three Quarters of North Half of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence West along said South lithe to a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, ~Iistant 496.38 feet South of the Northwest comer thereof; thence North along sa/~l West line to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on March 17, 1994, conducted the public hearing and adCpted findings of fact relating to the request to encroach on the 110 foot thoroughfare setback for C.S.A.H. #56. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA,~ as follows: Based or~ Findings of Fact # ..... a variance to construct an addition to the principal snmcture ghat will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #56 thoroughfare setback is hereby granted. ; The addition to the principal structure shall maintain a minimum distance of eighty-five (85) feet from[the centerline of C.S.A.H. #56. That anyi requirement for a certificate of survey is hereby waived by reason that the proposediconstruction will be attached to the existing principal structure which is in conformalace with side and rear yard setbacks. This varia~nce shall not apply to an3, future structure(s) placed on the property. The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. The prop{try owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing~this variance. ',.
